Wir sehen Yoga als als ein Erlebnis der Selbsterforschung,  eine Reise zu Ihrem gegenw\u00e4rtigen Inneren mit Hilfe von Asanas und Pranayama. In unseren Kursen praktizieren Sie das klassische HATHA-YOGA mit Schwerpunkt auf Genauigkeit, Ausrichtung und Verbesserung der K\u00f6rperhaltung. In unseren kleinen Gruppen genie\u00dfen Sie pers\u00f6nliche Betreuung und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber verschiedene Hilfsmittel wie Decken, Bolsters, St\u00fchle etc.. Dies erm\u00f6glicht jedem einzelnen eine individuelle Aus\u00fcbung des Yoga. Bei den Yogakursen kann ausnahmslos jeder mitmachen.<\/div><\/p>\n

Wegen des wundersch\u00f6nen Meeresgrunds  und des Neptungras ist der Tauchsport aus der Provinz Almer\u00eda gar nicht mehr wegzudenken.Die von felsigen Steilk\u00fcsten gepr\u00e4gte Umgebung des Campingplatzes bieten der einheimischen Fauna und Flora ihren Lebensraum und erm\u00f6glichen so deren Beobachtung sowohl beim Schnorcheln als auch beim Tauchen mit Sauerstoffflaschen. Hierf\u00fcr arbeiten wir mit dem Tauchcenter Aguadulce, das zur Tauchschule PADI geh\u00f6rt und nur 3 Km entfernt ist, zusammen.  Hier kann man mit dem Tauchen anfangen,  an Anf\u00e4nger- und Fortgeschrittenenkursen und auch Unterwasserfotografiekursen teilnehmen. <\/div><\/p>\n

Die Steilk\u00fcsten aus kalkhaltigen Felsen machen die Gegend rund um den Campingplatz La Garrofa zu einem idealen Gebiet zum Klettern, sowohl f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger als auch f\u00fcr erfahrene Kletterer. Nur wenige Meter vom Campingplatz entfernt befindet sich ein Klettergebiet mit \u00fcber 50 offenen Routen, die unterschiedlich lang sind und Schwierigkeitsstufen bis  7a+ erreichen. Auf der Webseite Toskajara.com finden Sie alle Informationen \u00fcber die Gebiete und Routen, interessante Skizzen der Zone \u201c Bco. de la Garrofa\u201d und Skizzen weiterer umliegender Zonen. 2014 wurden viele von ihnen restauriert und weitere neue  im Gebiet \u201cSector Diagonal und Placa Fina\u201d er\u00f6ffnet. Dort befindet sich die Nummer 13, die ihre Gr\u00fcnder Toscajara & Fina P\u00e9rez dem Campingplatz La Garrofa gewidmet haben.<\/div><\/p>\n
